According to VLAIO, entrepreneurs can now handle more procedures digitally through JustAct. In addition to the existing option to establish certain companies and associations online, the platform now supports a range of changes and dissolutions.

Amendments to articles of association can be filed online for Belgian nonprofit associations (vzw), general partnerships (vof), limited partnerships (commV), and European Economic Interest Groupings (EESV). For most legal forms, non-statutory changes such as a new director, updated contact details, or a registered-office move that does not require amending the articles can also be submitted digitally. An accountant, lawyer, or business counter can manage a file under a secure mandate.

International entrepreneurs with a Belgian entity should check which procedures are available for their particular legal form.
