Business Consulting & Administrative Management

From company formation to ongoing support

Business Consulting & Establishment

We help international entrepreneurs establish a business in Belgium. Our team provides business advice, prepares business and financial plans, and handles the practical preparation for company formation.

Business Operations

We tailor operational support to each client's staff, activities and markets.

  • Administrative management: We handle business correspondence, records and recurring administrative tasks, adapting our support as your business changes.
  • Pre-bookkeeping: We prepare invoices, documents and financial records and send them to our partner accountant.
  • Payroll administration: Depending on your staffing needs, we can help find employees, coordinate onboarding and manage monthly personnel administration, including changes to employee details or status.
  • Supply-chain coordination: From a Belgian base, we help clients work with suppliers and serve customers in other European markets. We follow up on orders and shipments and liaise with customs-clearance companies across Europe when needed.
  • Market research: When a client considers a new country, customer group or service, we research demand, competitors and practical market conditions to inform that decision.
  • Permit applications: We help identify relevant business permit applications, prepare supporting documents and follow up as the file progresses.

Relocation & Professional Cards

We help entrepreneurs plan and follow up on the practical and administrative steps of moving to Belgium. We gather the necessary documents, help determine which application route fits their circumstances, and prepare the business plan, financial plan and communications. We follow the application and, where relevant, help with the subsequent visa, temporary residence and local registration steps.

Professional Card applications

We help entrepreneurs prepare the application, supporting documents and business plans, then follow up with the relevant regional authority.

Foreign entrepreneurs planning to work independently in Belgium may need a Professional Card, depending on nationality, residence status and place of establishment. Exemptions exist, and the responsible authority varies by region.

Aslan Consulting helps with the practical preparation of the application. We discuss the business plan, identify supporting documents, and assist with coordinating and following up the file. Where relevant, we connect this work with the wider preparation of the business in Belgium.

The responsible authority assesses the application and decides whether to issue the card. Our support does not guarantee a Professional Card or residence rights. Check the current rules for your circumstances with the relevant regional authority.

Single Permit applications

When a business plans to employ a foreign worker in Belgium, we help gather the employer and employee documents, prepare the application and follow its progress where this permit is required.

Partners

Since 1996, Aslan Consulting has worked with a broad professional network in Belgium. When a client needs specialist expertise, we involve the relevant partners, including accountants, notaries, lawyers, banks and social insurance funds. Aslan remains the central point of coordination.
