Aslan Consulting helps brands expand into Europe from a practical base in Belgium. Our cross-border business relationships date back to 1996. In 2025, we made distribution and franchise development a dedicated service.

A European base

A brand operating from Türkiye or another market often needs someone on the ground to manage European conversations and follow-up. Under an agreed mandate, Aslan Consulting can take a master distribution role or coordinate a franchise rollout. The responsibilities and territory are defined for each brand.

Building a local network

We identify and assess prospective sub-distributors, franchisees and other commercial partners. We prepare introductions and coordinate the practical steps between the brand and local markets. The approach depends on the product or concept, the target countries and the agreed scope.

Biyorem: the model in practice

Biyorem is a Turkish producer of industrial absorbent and spill-response products for hard surfaces, soil and water. Our collaboration with Biyorem is an example of this model: Aslan Consulting provides a Belgian point of coordination while developing European distribution contacts.
